Order Cancellation and Refunds

1. Right to Refuse: We, purely a Travel Consultancy Service Provider, reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Consultancy Request/Application at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
• Downtime of Government portal and availability of Embassy/third-party systems
• Unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by You
2. Fraud: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Application if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
3. No Refunds: We have a strict NO REFUND policy. Namaste Nirvana Escapes will not refund the Government eVisa Fees or the Visto Consultation Fees for any reason whatsoever, even if your eVisa is rejected by the Indian Government or the concerned authorities. The fees charged are for facilitating the application process by ensuring all required details and compliance with government regulations, not for guaranteeing the issuance of an eVisa.
4. Overstay Penalties: If You decide to overstay without legitimate approvals from concern Government/authority at a particular destination, You shall be liable to bear the penalty charges, disciplinary action, legal proceedings, etc. by the Government of India or other such concerned authorities. Namaste Nirvana Escapes will not bear any responsibility at all.
5. Refunds for Company-Initiated Cancellations: In case We choose to cancel Your Consultancy Request/Application, We will refund Your amount after deducting bank transaction charges within three (03) business working days. You shall receive intimation mail of processing the refund in such case.

Price/Fees Policy

1. Right to Revise: The Company reserves the right to revise its prices/fees at any time prior to accepting an order.
2. Revisions: The prices/fees quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, increased charges, or any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

Payments

1. Payment Methods: All services purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, or online payment methods.
2. Authorization: Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
